EFSP Phase 39

We are pleased to inform you that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency has awarded Duval County funding under the Emergency Food and Shelter National Board (EFSP) Program, Phases 39/ARPA- R in the amount of $1,372,507.00. The amount to be allocated to agencies is $1,345,057.00. The spending period is retroactive to November 1, 2021 and ends April 30, 2023.

Local applications are due Monday, March 28, 2022, by 5:00 p.m.

Changing Homelessness is pleased to announce the organizations selected by the local, volunteer Grant Review Committee for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) Phase 39-ARPA-R.

This funding round represents a record 20 applicants and various services including food, meals, hotel/motel, rent/mortgage, mass shelter and utilities throughout Duval County.
