What is the Veterans Suicide Prevention Program?
Suicide is a complex issue that has no one cause and no one approach can end it. Prevention is possible, especially when Veterans find support before a crisis happens. Changing Homelessness is here to answer the call.
The Staff Sergeant Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program (SSG Fox SPGP) is designed and funded by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Changing Homelessness is responsible for program administration and coordination of services in three counties, Flagler, St. Johns and Volusia counties.
Veterans Suicide Prevention Services
The following services are offered to eligible Veterans through the SSG Fox SPGP:
Outreach to Identify Eligible Individuals at Risk
Baseline Mental Health Screening for Risk

Peer Support Services
Assistance in Obtaining Relevant VA and/or Other Federal, State, or Local Benefits

Who was Staff Sergeant
Parker Gordon Fox?
