Join the CoC

Completing the membership application below is the first step towards connecting with change agents who are working to end homelessness. You will receive a confirmation message once it has been submitted.

Please mark your calendar to attend the NE FL CoC meeting on the 2nd Thursday of each month, 9:00 to 10:30 am at the First United Methodist Church, 225 East Duval street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. If the meeting location should change, it will be published on the website.
