EFSP Phase 41
We are pleased to inform you that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency has awarded Duval County funding under the Emergency Food and Shelter National Board (EFSP) Program, Phase 41 in the amount of $337,583.00.
The amount to be allocated to agencies is $330,831.00. The spending period is retroactive to October 1, 2022 and ends December 31, 2024.
EFSP Office Hours – Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 10 am to 11:00 am. Click here for the Teams link. We encourage all agencies to participate, and it is mandatory for new applicants.
Local applications are due Thursday, April 4, 2024, by 5:00 p.m. Please submit your questions and final applications via email at rfp@changinghomelessness.org.
Please note all applicant agencies, must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) to be eligible for funding. For more information, visit Sam.gov or the Federal Service Desk, FSD.gov.
Membership in the NE Florida Continuum of Care (CoC) is required for all applicants. Agencies providing rent, utilities or hotel/motel assistance must document services in HMIS.
